Salariul de incadrare pentru rolul de Customer Engagement Specialist - Divizia eBusiness este in intervalul de 7000 lei brut si 13000 lei brut, in functie de experienta profesionala si gradul de potrivire cu cerintele rolului.

Despre job

  • Vei monitoriza comportamentul utilizatorilor in aplicatia mobila pentru a identifica pattern-uri, nevoi si puncte de frictiune;
  • Dezvolti si implementezi campanii de engagement (notificari push, mesaje in-app, emailuri, micro-actiuni) pentru a incuraja folosirea functiilor aplicatiei;
  • Vei crea continut educativ și informativ legat de functionalitatile aplicatiei (manuale, ghiduri, tips & tricks, noutati);
  • Colectezi si analizezi feedback-ul clientilor pentru a propune imbunatatiri ale experientei digitale;
  • Colaborezi cu echipele de produs, UX/UI si marketing pentru buna aliniere a mesajelor si a strategiilor de comunicare;
  • Vei segmenta baza de utilizatori și vei personaliza comunicarea in funcție de comportamente, nevoi sau etape din viata clientului;
  • Vei masura eficienta campaniilor prin KPIs precum: rata de activare, retentie, engagement pe functionalitati etc.

Despre tine

  • Esti absolvent(a) de studii superioare, preferabil in domeniul financiar-bancar sau IT;
  • Detii experienta de minimum 2 ani intr-un rol similar (client engagement/ CRM/ marketing digital/ customer experience), ideal in domeniul financiar sau digital;
  • Ai o intelegere solida a aplicatiilor mobile si a comportamentului utilizatorului digital;
  • Comunici excelent si ai o gandire orientata spre client si solutii;
  • Detii cunostinte de analiza de date si interpretare a indicatorilor de performanta;
  • Iti place sa lucrezi in echipa si poti colabora cu usurinta cu diferite departamente;
  • Ai un nivel bun conversational in limba engleza (B2).
