Summary:
We are recruiting for
our customer
, one of the top banks in Romania, offering a very competitive rate.
We are seeking an experienced IPS Cybersecurity Consultant with deep expertise in network security, sanboxing, threat analysis, WAF, DDoS.
The initial scope of the project is to review and fine tune the existing in-line IPS rules and eventually to extend the scope of the collaboration for similar XDR project.
Responsibilities
:
· Review and fine-tune IPS rules.
· Work closely with Networking, Operational Security and Application Owners to strengthen the security posture.
· Support SOC teams with advanced use cases.
· Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and other security standards.
Requirements
:
· Very good experience with network IPS and sandboxing technologies, ideally with Trellix (former McAfee and FireEye) and with any WAFs and load balancers.
· It is appreciated that candidates have previous experience in a threat hunting role (such as SOC analyst).
· It is appreciated that candidates have experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat modelling.
· It is appreciated that candidates have experience with CheckPoint firewalls.
· Familiarity with PCI-DSS requirements.
