is expanding its Italian customer operations. We are hiring Italian-speaking professionals for a fully remote support role within Greece. If youre looking for stability, international exposure, and a strong career path, this opportunity is an excellent fit.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 1,050 gross/month × 14 salaries per year
- Performance Bonus: Up to 10% monthly
- Work Model: Fully remote from anywhere in Greece

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional support to Italian-speaking customers of a global logistics provider
- Assist with tracking inquiries, delivery updates, and service-related questions
- Handle communication via phone, email and chat
- Follow operational guidelines and performance standards
Candidate Profile
- Native/Fluent Italian + good level of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and reliable
- EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit
- Ability to start on 16 December 2025
