Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and manage the full scope of on-site construction activities for PV farm installations.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) standards.

· Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and construction teams to meet project deadlines.

· Liaise with project managers, engineering teams, suppliers, and local authorities.

· Oversee material deliveries, equipment usage, and site logistics.

· Report on progress, deviations, and potential risks, providing mitigation plans where needed.

· Participate in site inspections and quality checks throughout the construction process.

· Ensure all construction activities comply with permits, legal requirements, and technical documentation.

Requirements

· Proven experience (3+ years) in managing construction projects, preferably in the renewable energy or photovoltaic sector.

· Strong knowledge of civil works and electrical installations related to PV systems.

· Solid understanding of Romanian construction regulations and safety standards.

· Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams.

· Effective communication in English; Romanian language skills are a strong asset.

· Technical education in civil engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.

· Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites within Romania.

· Valid driving license.
