Responsabilitati:

  • Coordoneaza procesul de gestionare a produselor neconforme provenite de la furnizori sau din zona de productie;
  • Intocmeste rapoarte 8D;
  • Initiaza procesul 8D la furnizor in baza rapoartelor de neconformitati interne si mentine comunicarea cu acesta pana la finalizarea topicului;
  • Ofera asistenta tehnica departamentului de Incoming Inspection, precum si furnizorilor sau altor departamente/functii;
  • Ofera asistenta tehnica in elaborarea si implementarea criteriilor de inspectie;
  • Opereaza echipamentele de masurare (multimetru, subler, microscop sau alte dispozitive de inspectie) si interpreteaza rezultatele testelor pentru a stabili acceptabilitatea produselor;
  • Poate participa la generarea si revizuirea diferitelor tipuri de specificatii, desene și proceduri de receptie;
  • Asigura transferul de materie prima atat in sistem, cat si fizic pe locatia de carantina;
  • Mentine informatia stocurilor actualizata;
  • Se asigura ca inregistrarile / fisierele sunt intocmite și pastrate conform procesului de asigurare a calitatii.

Cerinte:

  • Studii superioare tehnice de lunga durata (4 ani) finalizate cu licenta sau combinatie echivalenta;
  • Cunostinte avansate de Microsoft Office;
  • Abilitati analitice si statistice;
  • Limba Engleza (scris si vorbit) - nivel mediu;
  • Experienta in industria fabricarii de electronice (constituie avantaj).
