Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications, modules, and solutions, aligning with business and strategic goals.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to resolve complex platform issues, conduct root cause analyses, and ensure the robustness and reliability of ServiceNow solutions.
• Oversee and execute end-to-end implementation of key ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SPM, and other ServiceNow out of box modules.
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to both junior and senior developers, administrators, and the broader DevOps team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within a large DevOps environment, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, MID servers, and other integration methods.
• Support architecture team to perform platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance, ensuring proactive risk management and minimal business disruption.
• Design, develop, and enforce automated testing frameworks (such as ATF) to enhance solution reliability, productivity, and accuracy.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, process flows, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure all solutions comply with security, data protection, and compliance requirements.
• Advocate for the strategic use of ServiceNow to drive business automation, operational efficiency, and high-quality user experiences.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with proven experience in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, API, ServiceNow scripting, and advanced platform components.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, core applications (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, etc.), and system integrations.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing robust integration solutions with third-party systems (REST/SOAP, JDBC, etc.).
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS — ITSM/ITOM/CSM) highly desired.
• Thorough understanding of ITIL, service management concepts, and DevOps methodologies.
• Proven SME skills: Ability to investigate and resolve advanced technical challenges, drive platform optimization projects, and act as the go-to expert within the team.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skills for difficult platform issues.
• Demonstrated ability to guide, mentor, and influence large DevOps teams towards improved collaboration and collective growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both independent and collaborative work.
