Cautam un Contabil Sef motivat si orientat spre rezultate, care sa coordoneze activitatea financiar-contabila si sa asigure acuratetea si conformitatea proceselor interne. Rolul este potrivit unei persoane proactive, analitice si capabile sa gestioneze eficient echipe si fluxuri financiare complexe intr-un mediu dinamic.

Responsabilitati principale:

  • Coordoneaza si supervizeaza activitatea departamentului financiar-contabil;
  • Asigura intocmirea corecta si la timp a situatiilor financiare si raportarilor fiscale;
  • Monitorizeaza fluxurile financiare si bugetele companiei;
  • Gestioneaza relatia cu autoritatile fiscale si partenerii externi (audit, banca etc.);
  • Analizeaza si propune optimizari fiscale si financiare;
  • Supervizeaza inchiderile lunare/anuale si inventarierea.

Profilul candidatului ideal:

  • Experienta relevanta de minimum 5 ani in domeniul financiar-contabil, inclusiv intr-un rol de coordonare;
  • Studii superioare in domeniul economic;
  • Cunostinte solide de legislatie fiscala si contabila;
  • Experienta cu ERP-uri si sisteme contabile moderne;
  • Abilitati excelente de comunicare, organizare si leadership;
  • Atitudine orientata spre solutii, atentie la detalii si gandire strategica.
