Are you ready to shape the digital transformation of a global brand? As our Aftermarket Digital Marketing Leader, you'll be the architect behind Garrett's digital ecosystem—owning the roadmap, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional online experiences. From eCommerce and CRM to digital marketing and analytics, you'll lead initiatives that redefine how we connect with customers worldwide.

What You'll Do:

• Design the Vision: Build and execute Garrett's Digital Marketing Strategy and Product Roadmap, collaborating with IT, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Lead Digital Projects: Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, manage stakeholders, and ensure flawless execution.
• Stay Ahead: Bring fresh ideas by tracking trends and innovations in automotive and beyond.
• Own the Ecosystem: Manage all digital channels—website, social media, eCommerce, and catalogue platforms—ensuring consistency and customer engagement.
• Drive CRM Excellence: Oversee current CRM and lead the rollout of next-gen systems for a seamless customer journey.
• Boost Brand Impact: Lead digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Measure & Optimize: Define KPIs, track performance, and continuously improve strategies.
• Lead & Inspire: Manage a talented digital marketing team and coordinate with vendors and partners to bring projects to life.

What We Need:

• Experience: 10+ years' experience in digital roles, with direct team-management responsibilities. Broad experience in setting up and managing eCommerce, CRM, digital catalogues and other digital platforms.
• Education: Diploma Engineering BS or above (electronics/software) and MBA
• Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency
