Job Description

Join Our Team as an Intern in Controlling Service Center Timisoara

Our Controlling Service Center in Timisoara is a dedicated hub supporting worldwide business operations. As an intern, you will support and become part of an established local controlling team dedicated to the AUMOVIO Engineering Solutions business sector, while also collaborating with colleagues from different regions.

We are looking for a long-term partnership years), giving you the opportunity to develop your skills in a multinational environment, learn SAP, and gain insights into business operations. This internship is an excellent stepping stone for anyone eager to build a career in controlling and financial processes within a global organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing Management for Customers:
  • Monitor project cost development and prepare invoices for both internal and external customers according to project milestones and Project Managers' inputs;
  • Ensure accuracy of the invoicing process, including verification of Purchase Orders, valid project number references, and SAP bookings;
  • Prepare and maintain invoicing tracking reports.
  • Support on Controlling Topics
  • Provide assistance on various controlling activities handled by the team, with responsibilities expanding based on your development and maturity during the internship.

Qualifications

Your profile:

  • Education: Ongoing university studies in Economics or Finance.
  • Languages: Good writing, reading and speaking skills in English (German language would be an advantage).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Supportive and cooperative approach;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Strong attention to details.
