About the RoleLead and support a team of approximately eight Renewals Specialists across Romania and the UK, ensuring all work is delivered within SLAs and to high-quality standards.
Oversee daily operations including order processing, cancellations, down-sells, and customer queries on price uplifts, maintaining strong alignment with the Renewals Business Partners and internal stakeholders.
Monitor team performance, remove barriers to productivity, and act as a point of escalation to resolve complex customer issues while ensuring revenue protection and process compliance.
Represent the Renewals Operations function in cross-functional projects and integrations, driving process improvements, data accuracy, and enhanced customer experience.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams to achieve consistent results and personal growth.
Strong background in customer service, order-to-cash, or finance operations, with solid understanding of accounting principles and revenue management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of managing challenging situations professionally and influencing stakeholders to drive change.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with experience in Salesforce considered an advantage.
