Job Description:

We are excited to offer you this new opportunity with Wipro Technologies, one of the biggest brands in the industry at this moment with a well-established history in various domains.

As part of this project, your role as a OTC-RTR Team Lead will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client's organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure OTC-RTR activities are conducted accurately and on time, in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage billing and cash application processes.
• Maintain and update customer master data.
• Compute, create, and book various journal entries including accruals, prepayments, cost center reclassifications, and GAAP/IFRS adjustments.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve ageing items.
• Prepare data for VAT, GST, WHT, Intrastat, CIT, financial statements, annual reports, and other tax/local filings.
• Align with clients and local tax representatives to ensure successful submission and reconciliation of filings.
• Act as a liaison between the client, Wipro, and local partners for statutory and group-level topics.
• Drive and ensure successful knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Streamline and improve SOPs, ensuring all updates are properly documented.
• Assist in training staff and developing departmental processes.
• Propose, drive, and implement process improvements.
• Manage period-end closing activities and prepare financial reports by analyzing account information and trends.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses based on client and business needs.
  Lead people management activities including hiring, mentoring, and creating structured learning paths.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong understanding of OTC-RTR processes and financial reporting.
• Experience with tax compliance and statutory reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and knowledge transfer.
  Leadership skills with a focus on team development and mentoring.
