Job Summary

This is not a typical software developer role. We are searching for a versatile software engineer with an entrepreneurial mindset, someone who not only excels at coding but is also eager to take an active role in client-side implementations and contribute to business growth. The ideal person for this position is a proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and is motivated by the direct impact their work has on our clients' and the company's success. This role is designed with a long-term trajectory to evolve into a hands-on management position, similar to a CEO.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Development & Innovation:

You will actively contribute to our platform's development, from optimizing existing code to creating new features (e.g., energy consumption monitoring, planning modules, KPIs, and statistics). We expect you to bring ideas to the table and take ownership of their implementation.
- Hands-On Client Implementation:

You will be directly involved in the installation, configuration, and testing of our solutions within client factories. This requires a deep understanding of both our software and the industrial environments it operates in.
- Technical Integration:

You will analyze clients' industrial systems (PLCs, production equipment) and support the process of data connection and collection.
- Pre-Sales & Business Development Support:

You will participate in technical discussions with potential clients, deliver platform presentations and demos, and clearly articulate the value our solution brings.
- Product Feedback Loop:

You will act as a vital link between clients and the development team, channeling valuable field insights to ensure our product roadmap meets real-world market needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Initiative and Ownership (High Agency):

You are a proactive individual who doesn't wait to be told what to do. You take full responsibility for your projects from start to finish, constantly seek solutions, and are comfortable navigating ambiguous situations. You can provide concrete examples of projects you have initiated or driven to completion.
- Solid Technical Background:

You have relevant experience in software development. Our tech stack includes .Net, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, , and React, but we are open to candidates with strong experience in similar technologies.
- Hands-On & Curious Mindset:

You enjoy working with physical equipment, configuring systems, and solving problems at their source. You are genuinely curious to learn about our clients' industrial processes.
- Excellent Communication Skills:

You can explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to senior management. You build trust and rapport with ease.
- Flexibility and Adaptability:

You are excited by the prospect of a mixed role where one day you are writing code, the next you are on a factory floor, and the day after you are presenting the solution to a potential client.
- English Proficiency:

Advanced written and spoken English skills are essential for collaborating with our international clients.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, etc.).
• A background in hardware-software integration projects.
• An interest or prior experience in technical sales or pre-sales.
