About the role

As a QA Tester, you will work alongside our testing and development team to test the functionality and usability of our application and software to ensure a good quality of the product.

We are looking for someone highly motivated, with attention to detail, problem-solving skills, communication skills, and a team player spirit, among other skills.

Core responsibilities

  • Approve the quality of the builds (mobile, web, and server) that will be delivered
  • Make sure the app and software work according to the requirements
  • Troubleshoot problems reported by clients
  • Develop and maintain test scenarios
  • Proactively communicate with different platforms
  • Work on optimizing the testing process

Core requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in testing of mobile applications and web
  • Experience in creating test plans and test strategies
  • Experience with reporting and tracking defects
  • Experience with performance testing and the ability to identify and address performance issues in the application
  • Solid understanding of tech files and client requirements
  • Solid understanding of USB debugging (logs, app crashes)
  • Solid understanding of black box testing, functional requirements
  • Tools: JIRA, Postman, Browser debugging
  • Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks is a plus
  • Agile methodologies knowledge
  • Proactive approach, curiosity, willingness to learn
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced English skills (verbal and written)

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar degree
  • Experience with white box testing
  • Database knowledge (SQL)
  • Good knowledge of Linux basic commands
  • Experience with automated tests
