Role Overview

We are looking for a
Marketing Specialist
who is both creative and results-driven, to support the development and execution of the brand's marketing and communication strategies. The right candidate will collaborate with internal teams to strengthen MINDTHEGAP's international visibility and reinforce our position within the premium design market.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Manage digital channels (website, social media, newsletters).
  • Create engaging and brand-aligned content (texts, visuals, presentations).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to management.
  • Support the Sales team with tailored marketing materials (brochures, catalogues, presentations).
  • Coordinate collaborations with external agencies, influencers, and media partners.
  • Participate in organizing events, product launches, and international trade shows.
  • Research industry trends and propose innovative marketing initiatives.

Who you are:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or communications.
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing (SEO, Google Analytics, social media, email marketing).
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on results
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
