Senior Graphics Designer

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated and
innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join our international creative team, to
help take our brand to the next level. Your portfolio will need to demonstrate
strong graphic design skills, but most importantly show creativity and
innovation that will give glimpses of your potential to grow.
This is a busy, fast paced role, so working with speed and accuracy is
essential. The successful candidate needs to have a recognised design
qualification and experience working within a design team environment. We are
looking for an enthusiastic candidate, a good team player, willing to work hard
and have a good sense of humour.

• You
  will be developing a wide variety of customer-facing B2B content in both
  the digital marketing and traditional print disciplines
  
• You
  will support our global marketing campaigns, events (stands, posters,
  pull-up banners) and activities
  
• You
  will work with Head of Brand & Creative on assigned projects
  
• You
  will help with the creation of visual content, ensuring alignment to
  Temenos brand standards and project objectives (mainly using the Adobe CC
  suite and PowerPoint)
  
• You
  will participate brainstorming sessions and developing creative concepts
  
• You
  will be part of other ad hoc tasks as may be necessary to help support the
  overall team strategy
  
• You
  will support with the design of Website and Social Media (banners,
  Infographics), Factsheets and White papers
  
• You will prepare and brand PowerPoint
  presentations for Sales and Marketing

• You
  should have proven experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
  Illustrator, InDesign)
  
• You
  should have proficiency in using Microsoft Office – especially PowerPoint
  
• You
  should have excellent and effective organization, communication and time
  management skills
  
• You
  should be able to understand print & production setup
  
• You
  should be used to working to targets and meeting deadlines
  
• You
  should be able to multitask work on multiple projects and client
  management at a time
  
• You
  should be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  
• You
  should have a strong attention to detail
  
• You
  should have a strong desire to learn and grow
  
• Video or Animation skills (Adobe Premiere or
  Adobe After Effects) would be nice to have

• Care about
  promoting the Temenos Brand and the Brand Studio
  
• Commit to
  the creation of visual content, ensuring alignment to Temenos brand standards
  
• Collaborate with
  the wider Marketing team
  
• Challenge the business to come with creative ideas

• Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month
