Join our creative team in Bucharest as a Creative Graphic Designer and collaborate with our talented group of Marketing and Communications professionals. In this role, you'll develop eye-catching, on-brand concepts and assets for startups and multinational clients across various industries, including technology, energy, finance, agriculture, and FMCG, with a specialization in PR and corporate communications, encompassing graphic design, digital media, animations, and brand identity projects.

Responsibilities:

• Adapt and optimize artwork for a variety of formats, platforms, and regions, adhering to master creative, brand, and publisher guidelines.
• Design high-quality visual assets that enhance our clients' image across various online and offline channels, including style guides, graphic elements, social media templates, event materials, email templates, ad campaigns, and presentations.
• Develop engaging creatives for web, such as banner ads, emails, social media visual content pieces, videos are nice to have, 2D / 3D animations are a plus, landing pages, infographics, fact sheets, and any marketing materials.
• Ensure all creative output meets the brand, platform, and client requirements, as well as the standard industry specifications of our clients.
• Collaborate in brainstorming, developing, and executing internal creative initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of graphic design experience in an agency or in-house marketing environment.
• Studies in visual arts, design, architecture, or related fields.
• Expertise in managing projects through the entire design process—conceptualization to production—across brand, earned, paid, and owned channels for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated proficiency in adapting and creating artwork for multiple formats and digital platforms, and the ability to shift between corporate and commercial visual communication.
• Advanced skills in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and HTML knowledge are a plus).
• Firm grasp of brand guidelines and a proven ability to work within established standards.
• Understanding of best practices and specifications for digital creative assets.
• Strong understanding of current LinkedIn/ Meta/TikTok graphic design trends and the ability to transform technical topics into visually compelling content.
• Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, with excellent time management and a professional approach.
• Demonstrates outstanding attention to detail, with a proven track record of consistently meeting tight deadlines in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to receive, interpret, and act on feedback to refine creative work as needed.
• Skilled at multitasking, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating strengths in digital design, typography, and layout.
