Your Role

  • Design and document the onboarding process for access to key business systems and applications;
  • Define and maintain access request workflows to ensure consistency and compliance;
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and Operations to align access procedures with organizational policies;
  • Monitor and track access requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed;
  • Generate and share regular reports on access request status, trends, and potential bottlenecks;
  • Provide support and guidance to users regarding access-related issues and inquiries and continuously improve access processes based on feedback and operational needs.

Your Profile

  • Have good English language skills (min. B2);
  • Experience in system access management, IT support, or business operations and proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar);
  • Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles;
  • Familiarity with business applications and access control tools also strong organizational and documentation skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and experience with onboarding processes and workflow design.
