Must-Haves

  • Proven experience with
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
    (support, configuration, or administration)
    OR another major CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Previous experience in
    IT support / helpdesk / CRM administration
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with
    ticketing systems & SLA workflows
  • Excellent communication in
    English & Romanian
  • Based in
    Romania

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of
    Power Platform
    (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Familiarity with
    SQL / scripting
  • Experience with
    CRM integrations
  • Background in the
    gaming industry
  • Strong documentation & training skills
