Overview

We are seeking a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our growing international team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and corporate positions across various sectors, including
Oil & Gas, Energy, Power, Construction, Renewables, Industrial, and Engineering Services
.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting top talent with challenging global projects. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, project teams, and international clients to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct networking.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update the internal ATS / recruitment database with accurate candidate information.
  • Support compliance and documentation processes related to hiring and mobilization.
  • Prepare and present candidate shortlists to project managers and clients.
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent pipeline development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably within technical, engineering, or project-based industries).
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    – written and verbal.
  • Italian language
    is a strong plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with
    ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter
    , and Boolean sourcing techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, analytical, and capable of working independently and in a team.
