Are you ready to turn data into meaningful stories? As our Junior Consumer Insights Manager, you will help shape our marketing strategy by analyzing market trends and consumer behaviour across Romania and Bulgaria. You'll be part of a dynamic, multicultural team and work closely with top-tier research partners like NielsenIQ and YouGov. This semi-autonomous role offers the opportunity to grow your research capabilities while directly influencing business decisions in the coffee category.

What You'll Do

• Track and interpret coffee market trends using syndicated data (e.g., NielsenIQ, YouGov)
• Manage collaboration with external research agencies to ensure timely, reliable data and seamless internal reporting
• Utilize internal and external data sources to deliver meaningful insights through tailored presentations
• Translate complex datasets into clear and actionable recommendations for the business
• Support design and interpretation of consumer research studies (quantitative & qualitative) to uncover deeper category insights
• Contribute to strategic planning and forecasting by integrating consumer, market, and macroeconomic data

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Market Research, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields
• At least 3 years' experience in market research (agency or in-house FMCG analytics)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical skills with an eye for accuracy and insight
• Strong communication abilities—you can craft compelling stories out of numbers
• Fluent English and Romanian speaker, both verbal and written
• Proactive and curious mindset with a passion for learning

Bonus Points

• Hands-on experience with NielsenIQ Discover or similar platforms
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Passionate about consumer behavior and turning data into impact
