Medior Technical Analyst_Lending TA

We are looking for a Medior Technical Analyst to join us in the Lending TA & PMT department, of Group Technology Office. Bring your talent and passion within the complex and challenging environment of creating/enhancing products within the Origination Lending platforms.

You would join a multi-disciplinary team of IT professionals that have full accountability for the product, both for new features and maintenance.

We're currently working with Java Enterprise Applications hosted on Cloud and within the Digital Transformation program starting with 2024 we plan various technology stack upgrades alongside the features aimed to delight our Customer.

What you can expect from us

• Play a role of Technical Analyst inside the Lending Domain, taking direct accountability of specific Applications inside the area, overseeing functionality, performance, and ongoing development (fix all detected vulnerabilities)
• Lead and coordinate development efforts on the assigned Project Tasks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to corporate standards
• Actively participate in all project phases
• Maintain and manage all delivered applications and functionalities
• Take the lead of various implementation streams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product by investigating alternatives and technologies that fit with the overall application landscape and target architecture
• Work closely with other team members as well as Customer to understand their needs from an application or system
• Provide technical leadership to other software developers

What we expect from you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
• 4-7+ years of Java experience with proven experience in using Java frameworks (in particular Spring Boot, Java EE) and application servers
• Experience with Cloud Technologies(GCP or Azure) and container systems (Kubernetes/OpenShift)
• Experience with Microservices Architecture
• Experience with agile delivery
• Multiyear experience in complex IT projects; proven experience on projects within banking/credits product area is a plus
• Good Knowledge of Oracle and ORM technologies (JPA, Hibernate)
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
• Object oriented analysis and design using design patterns
• Experience with Event Driven Architecture (Kafka) would be considered a plus
• Good command of English both spoken and written
