Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility to take over coordination of assigned ME Hyperautomation Use Cases streamlining process automation solutions from Ideation through development till Run and Phase Out
• Design, development and implementation of automated solutions, e.g. using programming languages, development of apps, app backend interfaces
• Combining different IT tools to create an efficient automation solution.
• Identifying and fixing problems in automated systems, using tests to ensure the functionality and reliability of the developed systems
• Ongoing evaluation and improvement of IT solutions to achieve efficiency gains.
• Planning and managing automation projects, monitoring progress and ensuring schedules are met.
• Creating operating manuals, maintenance plans and documentation for automated solutions created.
• Working with other departments to identify opportunities to automate business processes.
• Create BPMN2.0/CMMN/DMN process models, collect requirements and define data objects and attributes for process automation, support from concept to go-live, maintain process models
• Connect data sources with workflows, ensure workflow quality, support Process Modeler to generate an automated process with data connectivity
• Ensure efficient scaling of automated workflows in plants, product teams and business areas

Qualifications

• Completed studies, ideally in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering.
• Hands-on practical experience as an HyperAutomation Engineer/consultant or developer (5+ years of experience)
• Experience with : Lowcode, Nocode, RPA:
  OutSystems, Microsoft Power Platform
  , Automation Anywhere A360
• Experience in test management, especially in application and interface development.
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working.
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
• Expertise in the development and integration of complex systems
• BPM+ Expertise (BPMN 2.0, CMMN, DMN modeling), SAP Signavio (nice to have)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiar with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
