Description
The Role

  • Responsible for the implementation and administration of insurance programs for new clients, as well as for managing the existing client portfolio.
  • Prepares and presents insurance offers and regular activity reports to clients.
  • Participates in negotiations, monitors the issuance of contracts and insurance policies, and follows up on their implementation.
  • Initiates and actively participates in meetings with the company's existing and potential clients in order to identify insurance needs and further develop the client portfolio.
  • Maintains relationships with WTW's clients and prospective clients, responding promptly to their requests in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Provides day-to-day support to clients' employees to help them understand and use H&B insurance, as well as navigate the claims and reimbursement process.
  • Prepares business correspondence and specific reports for clients, and maintains working relationships with both clients and insurance companies.

Qualifications
The Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate insurance; experience in life/health insurance is a significant advantage.
  • University degree.
  • Consultative attitude and experience in providing solutions based on client needs.
  • Experience working with corporate clients.
  • Very good communication skills in Romanian and English (spoken, written, and read).
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
