Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in shipbuilding to lead complex projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

This role requires a versatile approach and active involvement throughout all project phases — from planning and execution to delivery and post-project activities. The position also involves travel, both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and monitor the progress of shipbuilding projects
  • Plan resources, budgets, and execution timelines
  • Maintain continuous communication with technical teams, suppliers, and clients
  • Ensure all work complies with technical specifications and quality standards
  • Report project progress to management and propose solutions for any deviations
  • Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • University degree in engineering (preferably in naval architecture, mechanical engineering, or a related field)
  • Proven experience in project management within shipbuilding or related industries
  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Proficiency in foreign languages (English – mandatory; French – a plus)
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
