We are now looking for a
Civil Site Manager
to join our growing team in the Green Breeze, Galati, Romania. If you are driven by purpose, precision and innovation - this could be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities

• Support for monitoring and coordination of works on site
• Creation of schedules and maintenance of construction documentation
• Reporting on progress of works and maintaining accounts
• Placing orders, overseeing delivery planning and timeliness
• Maintaining site documentation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional standards
• Execution of orders entered in the construction log book
• Preparation of as-built documentation of construction works
• Prepare project's elements, ensuring detailed documents are issued in a timely manner;
• To actively collaborate in the validation and definition of equipment and technical solutions;
• To technically manage the projects' needs, subcontractors, materials and engineering companies;
• Actively assist in the search, negotiation, procurement and purchase of materials and subcontracts.
• To actively assist and collaborate with Project & Development in the preparation of budgets and proposals;
• To actively participate in the discussion and defence of technical solutions with clients;
• Assist and provide technical support to worksite teams;
• To prepare weekly measurements of the worksite, entering them in SAP.
• Preparation of quality and as-built documentation of construction works
• Close cooperation and assistance to the CJR Group entities in Romania and Portugal and to the CJR Group collaborators
• Compliance with internal and external regulations in terms of health and safety and quality policy.
• Preparation of Conceptual, Construction and Execution Designs according to construction law, standards, and regulations
• Analysis and selection of optimal design solutions
• Analysing, evaluating, checking the design documentation of other designers

Requirements

• Higher education in Civil Engineering
• 1 or 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Active driving license cat B
• Very good organization of work
• Independence in decision-making, versatility, communication skills
• High personal culture and ethics
• Initiative
• Ability to travel
