For our client – a leading producer of insulation solutions helping make homes cozier, buildings more efficient, and industries more sustainable – we are looking for a Technical Specialist_Building Materials, from Cluj or Timisoara.

You will be the trusted advisor when it comes to choosing the right applications and products, offering clear guidance and smart solutions that help every project perform at its best

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing continuous technical support to the sales department regarding technical data, solutions, and product applications;
  • Providing continuous technical support to customers, architects/designers, contractors, and end users;
  • Monitoring the product portfolio and advising on improving product quality and developing new products;
  • Monitoring building standards and legislation for the local market continuously;
  • Participating in the development of brochures, catalogues, and other technical materials;
  • Developing business relations with key investors, consultants, experts, and architects to build and maintain brand awareness across the market;
  • Cooperating closely with all regional technical departments to support product development and innovation;
  • Coordinating the product certification process for the local market;
  • Performing other tasks consistent with the nature of the position.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • University degree in construction engineering/architecture degree;
  • Previous experience in roles focused on technically advising architects and designers on product and application selection, while providing detailed information and tailored solutions;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), advanced level;
  • Proficiency in Adobe AutoDesk (AutoCAD);
  • Familiarity with using CRM platforms;
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Communication and presentation skills;
  • Analytical skills, problem-solving, and work prioritization;
  • Innovation and self-initiative.
