We are looking for a highly skilled System Administrator with extensive experience in managing and supporting both on-premises and cloud-based Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Microsoft On-Premises Technologies: Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, PKI, DNS, DHCP, File Services and Group Policy.
  • Oversee the administration of on-premises Exchange servers.
  • Ensure the security and performance of on-premises environments.
  • Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery operations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot server performance and network issues.
  • Manage and maintain Hyper-V environments, including virtual machine creation, configuration, and management.
  • Microsoft Cloud Technologies: Administer and support Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Azure AD, and Azure Backup.
  • Manage Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Manage Intune for device management and security.
  • Maintain Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and other security solutions.
  • Manage and configure Microsoft Sentinel for security monitoring and incident response.
  • Hybrid Environments: Manage hybrid identity solutions, including Azure AD Connect and Hybrid Azure AD Join.
  • Ensure seamless integration between on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Manage Conditional Access policies and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Administer and support Exchange Hybrid environments, ensuring smooth coexistence and mail flow between on-premises and cloud Exchange
  • Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and other scripting languages.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of both on-premises and cloud-based Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Azure, Office 365, Intune, and Hyper-V.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
