  • Întocmește diferite rapoarte și asigură suport pentru forța de vânzări, departamentele Contabilitate, Customer Service, Resurse Umane, Analiză Financiară etc., precum și pentru clienții externi (Furnizori), răspunzând cerințelor de corectitudine și timp – rapoarte zilnice, săptămânale, lunare conform programului stabilit, rapoarte interne Companiei și externe (Furnizori);

  • Actualizează și întreține bazele de produse;

  • Colaborează cu persoanele de contact ale Furnizorului, pentru optimizarea procesului de raportare Companie-Furnizor;

  • Se asigură de acuratețea rapoartelor furnizate și anunță imediat șeful direct dacă descoperă erori în rapoarte;

  • Execută setări în sistem pentru desfășurarea procesului de vânzare;

  • Asigură suport privind fluxul documentațiilor / informațiilor pentru desfășurarea campaniilor de vânzări;

  • Validează și invalidează codurile în urma solicitărilor primite sau altor decizii de business;

  • Relaționează permanent cu forța de vânzări, în scopul oferirii suportului necesar din punct de vedere informații furnizor, informații sisteme;

  • Furnizează rapoarte spontane la cererea echipei Comercial;

  • Se implică în revizuirea procedurilor de lucru și elaborarea variantelor finale, alături de echipa furnizorului/partenerului alocat, atunci când se întocmește o astfel de acțiune;

  • Colaborează cu departamentul IT pentru definirea în sistem a setărilor, pentru îmbunătățirea rapoartelor existente și definirea de rapoarte noi, acolo unde este necesar;

  • Împreună cu departamentul IT dezvoltă rapoarte cu recurență și caută soluții pentru trimiterea automată a acestora;

  • Îndeplinește și alte sarcini profesionale care au legătură directă cu activitatea depusă în cadrul companiei, la cererea superiorului direct;

  • Contribuie la îmbunătățirea activității sale și a celorlalți colegi.
