Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and carry out public procurement procedures for EU-funded projects (PNRR, RP, etc.)
  • Prepare procurement documentation (requests for proposals, terms of reference, evaluation reports)
  • Monitor the implementation of procurement contracts
  • Ensure compliance with national and European public procurement legislation
  • Collaborate directly with project managers, beneficiaries, and contracting authorities
  • Report progress and manage any non-conformities

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 1 years of relevant experience in public procurement and/or implementation of non-reimbursable funded projects
  • Solid knowledge of public procurement legislation and procedures (Law 98/2016, Order 378/2024, Order 1284/2016, etc.)
  • Strong skills in drafting and analyzing technical and contractual documentation
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advantage: experience with projects financed through PNRR, RP, or other European programs
