Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive excellence by moderating and updating FMEA and control plans.
  • Prepare and deliver PPAP documentation to customers.
  • Take part in audits – from certification to customer audits.
  • Keep customer portals up to date and ensure requirements reach the right teams.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional meetings for development and improvement projects.
  • Work closely with partner departments (laboratory, production, development, supplier development).
  • Coordinate and implement product specifications.
  • Lead the ECN process: prepare notifications, run team meetings, and maintain trackers.
  • Manage PCN processes with customer involvement.
  • Oversee SPC reporting and monthly reviews, ensuring action plans are on track.
  • Organize requalification testing and summarize results.
  • Conduct internal validation tests and prepare quality reports.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree (technical field preferred; chemistry is a plus).
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of quality requirements listed above.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • A structured, proactive approach with high quality awareness.
  • Team player with excellent social skills.
  • Good command of English (mandatory).
