Role Purpose

As an Operations Manager, you will lead, organize, and integrate the activity of all operational departments (Production, Logistics, Technical, Quality, Procurement, Inventory), with a focus on efficiency, quick response, and hands-on coordination in the field. You will act as the central point of operational control and execution, directly contributing to the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.

You are the candidate we are looking for if you:

· Hold a university degree (preferably in engineering, industrial management, or economics).

· Have at least 5 years of management experience in production/logistics, including a minimum of 2 years in companies with more than 100 employees.

· Possess practical experience in dynamic environments such as production, logistics, automotive, or industrial start-ups.

· Can quickly analyze operational data and make decisions based on KPIs.

· Have solid knowledge of Lean Management / Six Sigma, applied directly in the field.

· Are familiar with ERP and CRM systems and use them for quick and integrated decision-making.

· Proficient at using Excel for data analysis.

· Have experience in coordinating and developing cross-departmental teams.

· Have experience in budget control and optimizing operational costs.

· Are an authentic leader with excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

· Coordinate and monitor daily activities of departments: Production, Technical & Quality, Logistics, Administration, Procurement, Inventory.

· Ensure deadlines are met and processes run efficiently, supervising department managers.

· Develop and implement operational strategies in collaboration with the General Manager.

Efficiency and Continuous Improvement

· Optimize workflows and initiate quick corrective actions in the field.

· Monitor KPIs and operational costs.

· Promote efficiency and process digitalization, including ERP integration.

Team Management

· Recruit, train, and develop operational staff.

· Continuously evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback.

· Lead teams directly, with an active presence on the field.

Budget control and financial decision-making

· Develop and manage the operational budget.

· Monitor and adjust costs for maximum efficiency.

Strategy and Development

· Actively contribute to the company's strategic planning.

· Integrate innovation and technology into current operations.

Specific responsibilities at TERMOPLAST

· Take the lead in real-time operational decisions, based on data and field information.

· Prioritize actions according to financial and operational impact.

· Have delegated authority to modify resources, logistics routing, or production workflows within a maximum of 1 hour from notification.
