About the Role

We are looking for a passionate
Backend / AI Developer
to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable backend services using Python and Flask, integrating AI tools like OpenAI and Gemini, and working in cloud-based microservice environments.

You will be part of a fast-paced product team delivering real-world AI-powered applications and platforms. Ownership, accountability, and eagerness to learn are critical for this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and develop backend services using
    Python (Flask)
    and
    MySQL
  • Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Integrate with AI services
    such as
    OpenAI (GPT, Gemini, etc.)
  • Write clean, secure, scalable code following best practices
  • Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers to define API contracts
  • Work on system architecture, API design, and deployment pipelines
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
  • Own tasks end-to-end and drive projects with minimal supervision

Must-have Skills

  • Strong experience with

  • Experience with MySQL
