Join us to leave your mark on the financial reporting, accounting practices, and processes of Agricover Credit IFN SA. Work closely with international and local stakeholders, including capital markets and large financial institutions, and directly contribute to strengthening the company's financial discipline.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Prepare quarterly stand-alone profitability reports in accordance with IFRS (balance sheet, P&L per segments, products, regions, etc.);
  • Prepare and monitor bank covenants reports, including the calculation and interpretation of financial covenants (affirmative and negative);
  • Ensure continuous monitoring of key financial indicators relevant to the business;
  • Make a significant contribution in managing the relationship with the external auditor;
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports or complex analyses as required;
  • Contribute to the preparation of IFRS financial statements;
  • Participate in financial analysis and on-demand reports to support corporate events and strategic decisions;
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting obligations assumed by the company;
  • Actively support the cycle of analysis and improvement of financial processes – identify automation opportunities, define related business requirements, monitor, coordinate, and validate implementation;
  • Be involved in the process of contract negotiation related to financial agreements, alongside the management team.

Hierarchical and functional relationships

  • Reports to Reporting Coordinator;
  • Cooperates with the Finance departments of the Group's subsidiaries.

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant reporting experience, ideally with banking experience or within financial institutions;
  • Strong analytical skills with focus on the calculation and monitoring of financial indicators;
  • Solid understanding of financial covenants (affirmative and negative) and their practical application;
  • A keen eye for detail;
  • Proactive problem-solving skills;
  • Effective communication and business writing skills;
  • Fluent English.
