About the Role

Responsible for coordinating maintenance activities for plastic injection machines and related equipment, including procurement, scheduling, and compliance. Manages internal teams and external providers, ensuring smooth operations through SAP and clear communication of procedures.

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering);
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance departments;
• Hands-on experience with plastic injection molding machines and their maintenance;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English;
• German language skills are a plus;
• Independent and well-organized individual.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Development of maintenance standards, procedures, and work instructions;
• Participation in the technical procurement of production systems and equipment, including plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment;
• Involvement in pre-acceptance and acceptance procedures for injection machines and related equipment;
• Preparation of maintenance schedules aligned with the organization's maintenance objectives and monitoring compliance with preventive maintenance plans;
• Design and coordination of maintenance processes (work order management, servicing, repairs);
• Creation of work orders, input of detailed job descriptions, and assignment of tasks to qualified team members;
• Coordination of internal and external service providers for production equipment maintenance;
• Preparation of technical specifications for complex maintenance areas;
• Management of the maintenance system in SAP;
• Communication of policies, procedures, and any updates to the maintenance staff.
