Key accountabilities and responsibilities:

• AI Integration:
  Partner with AI tools to deliver customer value, integrate AI capabilities across development workflows, and validate AI-driven code generation and refactoring.
• Development:
  Build and maintain mobile apps using React Native (iOS/Android) and Kotlin/Java (Android), ensuring clean and efficient code.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create high-quality user experiences.
• Code Quality:
  Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Debugging & Optimization:
  Identify and resolve bugs, optimize performance, and maintain smooth app functionality.
• Testing:
  Implement and maintain unit tests, UI tests, and automation scripts for stability.
• Continuous Learning:
  Stay updated on mobile technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Deployment & Monitoring:
  Support app releases and monitor performance using tools like Firebase, Crashlytics, and analytics platforms.

Skills, knowledge, experience & qualifications:

• Advanced experience with AI coding assistants and rapid adoption of best practices.
• 3+ years building native apps with React Native; optional exposure to Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Strong understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and mobile best practices.
• Skilled in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
• Familiar with Combine, Coroutines, or RxSwift for async operations.
• Proficient in Git, GitHub/GitLab, and automated pipelines.
• Experience with unit/UI testing (JUnit, XCTest) and tools like Charles Proxy, Firebase Crashlytics.
• Knowledge of app store submission, signing, and release processes.
• Experienced in Agile/Scrum, working closely with cross-functional teams.
