. We are looking for an
Operations Manager
to join this organization.

Objectives

The Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating our client's projects and activities, ensuring they are delivered on time, to high standards, and with a tangible impact. The role involves direct collaboration with the Board of Directors to define strategic objectives, as well as autonomy in implementing tactical and operational plans in line with the agreed direction.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor operational projects and activities, with a strong focus on results and efficiency.
  • Translate the strategy agreed with the Board into clear action plans, with well-defined objectives and deadlines.
  • Coordinate the operational team by setting clear priorities and responsibilities.
  • Oversee project management, event organization, and strategic partnership initiatives.
  • Develop initiatives to attract new members and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
  • Represent the organization in relationships with strategic partners and at key industry events.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and periodic reporting to the Board.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in project or operations management.
  • Proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Relevant experience in managing relationships and delivering projects with the corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in economics, administration, or communications).
  • Advanced English skills (both written and spoken).
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills, strategic thinking, and results orientation.
  • Certifications in project or operations management are an advantage.
