Senior Software .Net Engineer IT

Infineon Technologies is the strongest semiconductor company in Romania with a R&D center in Bucharest for 20 years and growing R&D sites in Iași and Brașov. You will be part of a newly formed software development team in Iasi, which will have full software lifecycle ownership for in-house IT products and applications, which are integral parts of Infineon's advanced R&D flows, processes and planning framework. We are seeking an accomplished and expert full-stack developer to join our team supporting R&D test & verification management solutions. In this key role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions

In your new role you will:

• Design, build and run web applications & platforms based on .NET technologies that drive Infineon's digitalization journey for R&D test and verification management solutions
• Collaborate with other developers, architects, business analysts, UX experts and business stakeholders to design and build a system that is efficient, effective, and scalable
• Guide and mentor the junior developers towards the IT standards and best practices for SDLC
• Designing and implementing automation tools and frameworks for CI/CD, test automation, and deployment
• Monitoring and managing infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, and scalability
• Involvement at all stages of SDLC: analysis, design, development, unit and integration testing, UAT facilitation, packaging, deployment &operations
• Work in cross-functional Scrum teams and follow DevOps practices & methods
• Explore emerging trends and technologies in software development

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

• Degree in computer science, informatics, or a related field (Bachelor/Master)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development with focus on .NET technologies, including architectural design and system integration
• Expert knowledge of CI/CD Tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Proficiency with version control like Git, Bitbucket etc.
• Proficiency in modern web development frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, , ASP.NET Core) as well as TS/JS, HTML, and CSS
• Experience in Blazor development (Nice to have)
• Strong background in working with relational databases like MSSQL
• Experience with cloud technologies, containerization and orchestration tools (Kubernetes/OpenShift)
• Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, test automation)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment
• Fluent English language skills. Basic German language skills would be an advantage
