Essential Skills- Expert in .NET, Web API, JavaScript, and CSS.
- 5+ years of hands-on .NET development experience.
- Experience with relational databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
- Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, ) and state management (Redux).
- Experience with Azure Cloud.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD.
- Experience with source control (Git).
- Debugging, performance optimization, and unit testing skills.
- Solid understanding of OOP and service-oriented architecture.
- Proactive problem-solving and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Ability to estimate development effort.
- Fluency in English and Romanian.
