We are currently seeking a
Receptionist
to join our team — a professional with exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a genuine passion for luxury, hospitality and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Support the Sales and Marketing departments with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain an organized and elegant front desk area that reflects the Ferrari brand standards.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as handling documents, deliveries and internal coordination.
  • Provide information to clients regarding dealership events, vehicle models and services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience from first contact to final delivery.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front office, hospitality or customer service role, ideally in a premium or luxury environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in Romanian and English (Italian or French is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with high attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and attitude aligned with Ferrari's brand values.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and comfort working with CRM tools.
