The Role and Your Mission:
As a Junior Employee Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a diverse portfolio of clients in the insurable benefits sector. This role requires a proactive approach to client relationship management, negotiation of benefit insurance and delivering exceptional service and value to clients.
We will count on you to:
- Handle client administration: Deliver client service in accordance with Marsh's standards and procedures:
- Answering client's requests: Offer consultancy regarding insurance / renewal / modification of insurance policies or consultancy services
- Collaborate with Insurers: Work closely with our network of insurers to manage all aspects of employee benefits insurance.
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster and maintain robust client relationships through continuous engagement and support.
- Develop Client Portfolios: Conduct market research to expand and enhance client portfolios.
- Identify Opportunities: Proactively seek new business opportunities and cross-sell services to meet expected targets
What you need to have:
- Recent graduate status or minimal experience in client management
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
