We are NOS PRAESENTI, a fast-growing Creative Agency based in Bucharest, where entrepreneurs and creatives work on the most amazing projects every day, all geared towards GROWTH.

We are looking for an outstanding professional, preferably with previous experience in a creative/advertising agency, but not mandatory, to join our lovely team, to bring in new businesses and to
orchestrate growth.

If you think you're a growth-oriented individual who is great with numbers & financials, has a strategic mindset, and is exceptional at building relations, then we need to meet.

You're required to:

  • Develop
  • Take responsibility for growth & business development
  • Generate sales & win new businesses
  • Bring cool brands to the house
  • Build strong client-creative relationships
  • Unearth new business opportunities
  • Manage projects simultaneously and deliver at it's best
  • Research, Strategize, and evolve Execution Plans
  • Drive Customer Success

Advanced English language + great presentation skills + Excellent written and verbal communications + previous proven and demonstrated growth results + amazing interpersonal and social skills + ability to drive, develop and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously + Strong and diversified connections + An influencer and a persuasive attitude + The ability to contribute at the executive leadership level are crucial to this job.
