About The Role

The Linguist Recruiter Role focuses on onboarding linguists, obtaining relevant documentation, setting up profiles, and ensuring completion of the onboarding checklist. You will contact and communicate with new and existing linguists to keep them engaged. Compliance with company policies during onboarding is crucial. Handling day-to-day queries, maintaining communication via phone and email, and inputting accurate information into a database are essential tasks.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Onboarding linguists which includes obtaining relevant documentation, setting up profiles on the system and ensuring they complete all steps in our onboarding checklist
• Contacting and engaging with new and existing linguists to keep them engaged and encourage them to take work
• Ensuring all linguists are onboarded compliantly
• Handling with day-to-day queries
• Contacting linguists via both phone and email
• Inputting information into a database

About You

• Language Skills: Good command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
• Proactive & Self-Motivated: Takes initiative and drives tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role is advantageous.
• Recruitment: Previous experience/knowledge in recruiting is a plus.
• Positive Attitude: Highly motivated with a positive and enthusiastic nature.
• Time Management: Effectively organizes own time to meet deadlines.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking and interpersonal skills to build relationships and work collaboratively.
• Team Player: Works well in a team environment, contributing to team goals.
