We are looking for a motivated and organised
HR & Recruitment Specialist
to join our team on a fixed-term contract (2 years, with the possibility of extension).

The main focus of the role will be
end-to-end recruitment
, but you will also provide support for
HR processes, office administration, and employee-related initiatives
.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Recruitment (Main Focus)

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and candidate profiles
  • Build talent pipelines via LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience through interview coordination
  • Track and report recruitment progress

HR Processes & Employee Experience

  • Contribute to performance management and career development initiatives
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal events
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding with care and precision

Office & HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare employment contracts and HR documents when needed
  • Coordinate payroll activities with finance and external providers when required
  • Coordinate local office logistics (supplies, facilities, courier services)

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES DO I NEED?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Basic knowledge of HR administration and processes
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English
  • Proactive mindset, adaptability, and a hands-on approach

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting HR projects such as engagement surveys, performance reviews, or career and learning development programs
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and HR compliance requirements
  • Prior experience in a growing company or start-up environment
