We are looking for a
Video Editor
for our client, a top-tier advertising agency operating across the US and Europe, renowned for innovation and outstanding results in digital marketing.

What we're looking for:

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in video editing, ideally with VSLs, ads, or other marketing content;
  • You are proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects;
  • You have advanced English skills (spoken and written);
  • You understand marketing psychology and the principles of direct-response advertising – this is a big plus;
  • You're skilled at turning long-form content into engaging and persuasive visual stories that support brand goals;
  • You have a strong sense of storytelling, rhythm, and pacing;
  • You're organized, can manage multiple projects, and thrive under deadlines;
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and consistently deliver high-quality output;
  • You collaborate well with creative teams and are open to feedback and fast iterations.

What you'll do:

  • Edit video sales letters (VSLs), digital ads, and promotional content for YouTube, Meta, TikTok, landing pages, and other platforms;
  • Cut and re-structure long-form content into short-form, conversion-focused formats;
  • Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, and visual effects to enhance viewer engagement;
  • Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and designers to ensure message alignment across all creatives;
  • Implement feedback quickly and deliver updates on tight timelines;
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in video editing, digital marketing, and platform-specific best practices.
