We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Video Editor to create engaging video sales letters (VSLs), digital ads, social media videos, and website visuals that align with our marketing goals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent
    English skills
    ;
  • Proven
    experience in video editing
    , preferably
    VSLs, ads
    , or other marketing video content (3-5 years);
  • Proficient in
    Adobe Premiere Pro
    ,
    Adobe After Effects;
  • Understanding of
    marketing psychology
    and
    direct-response principles
    is a big plus;
  • Skilled at
    structuring
    and
    refining
    content to match brand goals;
  • Strong sense of
    storytelling, rhythm,
    and
    pacing
    ;
  • Well-organized and ability to
    manage multiple projects
    ;
  • Proactive
    and
    detail-oriented
    , with a high-quality delivery mindset.

As a
Video Editor,
you will:

  • Edit VSLs, video ads, and other promotional videos for various platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, landing pages, etc.);
  • Cut, trim, and structure long-form content into persuasive storytelling formats that maximize conversions;
  • Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, and other visual elements to enhance viewer engagement;
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and designers to ensure message consistency across creatives;
  • Implement feedback quickly and deliver edits within tight deadlines;
  • Stay updated with current trends in digital marketing, video editing styles, and platform best practices.
