Configuration Manager Analyst

Your day to day:

We are looking for new colleagues to join our Configuration Management team.

You will enhance our customers' CMDB experience through enabling access to data, bringing value-add to their business and streamlining system usage through automation. Also, you will discover new connections between Data Center infrastructure and business operations, driving meaningful impact across the organization.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

• Analyze CMDB data, identify gaps, errors or inconsistencies in the loaded information, monitor the availability and accuracy of the infrastructure discovery tool and the data flow into CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
• Build and maintain the logical and physical service configurations of the infrastructure located into Data Center and drive Configuration Management processes and tools evolution.
• Assure proper integration with the build and change management processes to guarantee data completeness and accuracy.
• Arrange, lead and document regular review meetings with our stakeholders or other teams.
• Identify areas of automation to improve and expand discovery capabilities and enhance the quality of data in CMDB.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

• Thorough knowledge of Data Center IT standards, processes and architecture with a focus on infrastructure configuration management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL
• Experience with infrastructure scanning tools such as BMC Discovery
• Previous experience or knowledge of service management practices
• Understanding of Data Center infrastructure
• Architecture and design knowledge in Network, NoSQL DB and public cloud
• Stakeholder Management skills by effectively engaging with team representatives to gather insights, clarify situations, address concerns, deliver constructive feedback, and ensure consistent follow-up on ongoing discussions.
• Linux and VMware basic
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and/or Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard creation) to support data-driven decision-making and reporting.
