Business Analyst and Product Configuration Specialist M/F

We are looking for a skilled and detail-focused Business Analyst to join our team. Beyond coordinating system configuration with the business, a senior business analyst plans, manages, and executes business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle. This involves defining scope, requirements, and deliverables; conducting research and analysis; facilitating workshops and meetings; creating and validating models and documents; and ensuring quality while aligning with standards and best practices. Acting as a vital link between business and technical teams, the senior business analyst translates business needs into clear functional specifications and offers guidance and support to developers and testers. Furthermore, they mentor junior business analysts and actively contribute to enhancing business analysis processes and methodologies
What you do
- Improve business systems by delivering precise information on business needs and priorities through the demands management process or any other established corporate procedure.
- Extract data reports and analyze information to uncover trends, identify system challenges, and reveal opportunities for business enhancement throughout the organization.
- Offer clear, straightforward advice on technical problems to non-technical audiences and collaborate with key stakeholders to determine how evolving business needs can be met using current solutions.
- Coordinate test cases for process improvement by collaborating closely with IT Delivery and client business units, thoroughly evaluating potential initiatives, reporting findings, and implementing system changes to enhance efficiency.
- Lead and assist team members in delivering services centered on customer needs.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least one year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with expertise in business process modeling and documentation tools.
- Proficient in data analysis methods and software.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
