Sourcing Excellence ( Marketplace team).

Role Purpose
The primary purpose is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner.

Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a
Consultant
to join the Sourcing Excellence team. The Marketplace specialist needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within
Marketplace implementation and execution.
Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Spearhead the roll-out and adoption of our marketplace solution across the organization, ensuring seamless integration with existing procurement systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize the marketplace platforms to meet business needs and enhance user experience and satisfaction.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights that support decision-making and optimization.
• Develop and execute events, specific trainings and change management programs and proposals to ensure stakeholder buy-in and effective use of the platforms.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives within the procurement domain, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital commerce design and implementation, ideally within procurement or a related field.
• Strong background in sourcing, procurement or a related area, with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth through innovative solutions.
• Exceptional analytical and digital skills, with experience in leveraging technology to solve business problems and delivering reporting requirements as per client guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholder groups.
• Profound commitment to professional service excellence, with a results-oriented and proactive approach.
• Fluency in English (with German considered a plus), with additional languages being an advantage as well.
