Machine Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Machine Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our production equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with industrial machinery, and proven leadership abilities. Responsibilities include overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, coordinating with production teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Main Tasks:

• Lead the machine maintenance team in day-by-day activities;
• Develope maintenance standards, procedures and instructions;
• Participation in the technical procurement of production systems and equipment;
• Participation in the pre-acceptance and acceptance procedures of the new equipments and assembly lines;
• Prepare maintenance schedules in line with the organization's maintenance goals and monitoring preventive maintenance compliances;
• Development and coordination of maintenance processes (order, maintenance, repair management);
• Supervise and inspect the quality of performed maintenance work.

Ideal candidate:

• Higher education in technical field (mechanical, electrical or mechatronics);
• Advanced English speaking and writing;
• Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance departments;
• Minimum 3 years experience in a leading positon;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• High integrity, ethical standards, Compliance with all legal requirements;
• Team player, results driven, flexible and adaptable, embracing change;
• Provides guidance regarding the coordination of department standards within overall company objectives.
