As an Accountant at Utilities One, you will be responsible for managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Your role will involve ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts, as well as maintaining detailed financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Generate and send out invoices, and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and prepare aging reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00
